• Proven ability to independently research, analyze, and document complex accounting issues.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment with strong understanding of internal controls and public company readiness.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.

• Deep expertise in areas such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), business combinations, consolidation, leases, derivatives, equity transactions, and SaaS-related accounting matters.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and structuring deals to achieve desired accounting and business outcomes.
