Purpose of Role
Responsible for advancing the organization's enterprise talent strategy by driving consistent, data-informed talent and performance practices across the business. Partners with leaders to strengthen organizational capability through effective performance management, talent insights, succession planning, and workforce planning. Works closely with Employee Relations, HR Technology, Compensation, and OD teams within HR and business leaders to ensure leaders have the tools, data, and guidance needed to make thoughtful talent decisions, differentiate performance, and build high-performing teams that support Finance of America's long-term business strategy.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($130,000 - $170,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
