Director Of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for serving as the on-property commercial leader and second-in-command to the Director of Sales and Marketing at Alila Mayakoba. This role leads the Group Sales team, translates the hotel's commercial strategy into daily execution, and drives performance across group, MICE, corporate, social, leisure, and wedding opportunities. The Director of Sales is expected to build a high-performing sales culture, create accountability for results, and communicate with owners and senior leadership with confidence, clarity, and command of the business.
