• Oversee service desk and end-user support with a focus on quality and responsiveness
• Improve service performance and enhance the employee experience
• Reduce friction through automation and more efficient support models

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain strong security and privacy controls
• Support audit readiness and IT general controls in a public company environment
• Embed risk-aware practices into day-to-day IT operations

Vendor, Financial & Asset Management

• Lead IT operations budgeting aligned to business priorities and efficiency

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a distributed IT operations team
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Align team structure, capacity, and priorities with evolving business needs

Who Are We Looking For?

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery within a complex, multi-site environment.
