About this Role

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to keep execution moving across multiple e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with Creative, Paid Media, Copy, UGC, and Brand teams to make sure the right work gets done, by the right people, at the right time. • You know how creative, paid media, copy, and content teams work together to launch successful campaigns.

• You're highly organised and can juggle multiple brands without letting details slip.

• You enjoy building workflows, maintaining trackers, and making sure everyone knows what's happening next.

• You proactively spot blockers, communicate risks early, and help teams stay ahead of deadlines.

• You can take strategic discussions and turn them into clear, actionable tasks.

• You communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and know how to keep everyone aligned.

• You enjoy improving processes instead of simply following them.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management experience within an ecommerce brand, digital marketing agency, or similar fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Creative, Paid Media, Content, or Marketing.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as , Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.

• A strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and creative testing.

• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with Meta advertising campaigns or performance marketing teams.

• Experience managing creative experimentation or campaign testing frameworks.

• Experience supporting founder-led brands or high-growth ecommerce businesses.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into action.

You probably shouldn't apply if...

• You see project management as simply chasing updates or sending reminders.

• You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change.

• You struggle to manage multiple projects or adapt when plans shift.

• You rely on others to identify problems instead of proactively finding solutions.

• You're uncomfortable working closely with different teams to keep projects moving.
