Digital Project Manager in Copenhagen

Do you enjoy creating structure in complex projects, bringing business and technology teams together, and turning transformation ambitions into measurable results?

At Sofigate, we combine transformation expertise with modern platforms, data and AI. We are now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Copenhagen team and lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology.

Your role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption. Your projects may involve enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, IT implementations, Process Transformation or AI-enabled solutions.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will create clarity, maintain momentum and ensure tangible business value—whether you lead an entire project or programme, a transformation workstream or the establishment of effective governance and delivery structures.

What you will do

• Lead digital transformation and enterprise technology projects from initiation to implementation

• Translate business objectives into clear plans, governance and measurable outcomes

• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across business and IT

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and create structure and momentum in complex environments

• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and decision-making

• Facilitate workshops and steering groups while supporting communication, change and adoption

• Use AI-supported tools to improve planning, reporting, analysis and project delivery

• Contribute to customer roadmaps and identify opportunities for continued business value

What you bring

We value mindset, experience and potential over a perfect checklist. You are proactive, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership when not everything is defined from the outset.

We imagine that you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology or platform-related projects

• Understand how business processes, technology and organisational change come together in successful transformations

• Are confident working with stakeholders at different organizational levels across business and IT

• Bring a structured and solution-oriented approach to planning, governance, and delivery

• Communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate effective decision-making

• Are comfortable working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods

• Are curious about AI, automation and how emerging technologies can create measurable business value

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently and communicate fluently in Danish and English

Experience with ServiceNow or IT operating-model transformation would be a strong advantage.

Consulting and organizational change management experience are also valuable.

You will join around 20 colleagues in our Copenhagen office in Østerbro, where we have an informal and supportive culture with the freedom to shape your own work and contribute to the growth of our Danish business. You will work on meaningful transformation projects across industries, with opportunities to explore leading enterprise platforms and AI-enabled solutions. Through hands-on customer work, knowledge sharing and close collaboration with experienced colleagues across the Nordics, you will continue developing as a consultant and project leader.
