Digital Product Data Analyst
Description
The Digital Product Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive product performance, user adoption, and business outcomes across digital finance products and platforms. The role partners with Product Owners, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to generate actionable insights, measure product success, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Analytics & Insights
· Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, engagement, and business value.
· Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to product and business stakeholders.
· Monitor product performance and proactively recommend enhancements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
· Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support product strategy and decision-making.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments.
· Produce regular management reporting and ad hoc analysis to support business priorities.
· Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Product & Business Partnership
· Collaborate with Product Owners to define measurement frameworks for new products, features, and releases.
· Support prioritization decisions through data-driven insights and business case analysis.
· Partner with Finance and Technology teams to evaluate product performance and return on investment.
· Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying user needs and improvement opportunities.
Data Governance & Continuous Improvement
· Support data governance, quality, and reporting standards.
· Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and analytical capabilities.
· Promote best practices in data visualization, analytics, and performance measurement.
· Assist in the development of self-service reporting solution
Skills Required:
· Relevant certifications in Analytics, Data Visualization, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL desirable.
· 3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, or related fields.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large datasets.
· Experience supporting digital products, technology platforms, or transformation initiatives.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
· Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
· Understanding of Agile product development environments preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salary ranges from USD $100,000 – USD $125,000. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
