Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

Childcare Marketing Group | Remote-First | Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator who can keep campaigns moving, coordinate execution across internal teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and make sure every piece of client work ships on time and on brief.

The Project Coordinator owns the operational engine behind a portfolio of child care and early education client work. You will turn strategy into scheduled, tracked, and completed tasks; keep strategists, media buyers, designers, and copywriters aligned; and help ensure every project moves forward without confusion or dropped balls.

You will also support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including task setup, deadline management, resource coordination, quality control, status reporting, and keeping projects on schedule and on budget.

Compensation

• Salary Band: $2,000 to $2,500 per month.

• Performance Bonuses: Additional earning potential tied to on-time delivery, project throughput, and consistent quality of work.

Why You Should Work Here

• Work That Matters: You help connect families who need quality child care with the providers who serve them by keeping the work that reaches them on track.

• Recession-Proof Growth: An established, fast-growing company that continues to thrive while many competitors struggle.

• Leadership That Has Your Back: A supportive, attentive team that answers your questions and helps you grow, professionally and personally.

• An Owner Who Shows Up: Our owner is actively involved in the business, not just a name on the door.

• Small-Team Feel: A friendly, tight-knit environment where you are a person, not a headcount.

• Remote-First Flexibility: Work remotely while staying connected to a fast-moving, collaborative team. Buffalo-area candidates may also have opportunities for occasional in-person meetings, strategy sessions, or team gatherings.

• Top-of-Market Pay: We pay above market because we hire the best and want to keep them.

• Train to Be the Best: Access $100K+ in training, courses, and materials, enough to make you more capable than 99.9% of the coordinators our competitors employ.

• A Workspace That Feels Alive: Working from home can get lonely, so our virtual Sims-like office keeps the team connected day to day.

• Quarterly Town Halls: Every quarter, you get a full state-of-the-company update, so you are never guessing where things stand.

• The Dream-On Program: Each year, our CEO grants multiple wishes pulled straight from team members' dream boards.

• 25 Days Off: A full 25 paid days off per year, because we want you to have a real life outside work.

• Paid Days to Give Back: 4 paid days a year to volunteer with any charity you choose.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will learn our systems, take full ownership of your project queue, and become the person teammates trust to keep work on track. Ongoing, you will be measured on:

• On-Time Delivery: Keep projects, campaigns, reports, and deliverables shipping by their deadlines, with no last-minute surprises.

• Project Health: Maintain accurate timelines, statuses, and trackers so anyone can see where every project stands at a glance.

• Quality Control: Review deliverables before they move forward so work is accurate, on brief, and client-ready.

• Team Coordination: Keep strategists, media buyers, designers, copywriters, and operations teammates aligned so work moves without confusion or dropped balls.

• Clear Communication: Give proactive, timely status updates so nobody has to chase you for where things stand.

• Process Improvement: Spot bottlenecks and recommend better ways to move work through the pipeline.

A Typical Week Might Include

• Building and updating project timelines and task boards so every deliverable has a clear owner and due date.

• Running kickoffs and check-ins to keep campaigns, reports, and creative on schedule.

• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and brief-fit before they go to account managers or clients.

• Chasing down blockers, missing assets, and approvals before they slow a project down.

• Coordinating next steps with internal specialists so nothing stalls or slips.

• Keeping trackers, dashboards, and status reports current so the team always knows where things stand.

Key Competencies

• Organized Operator: You keep many projects moving at once and never let details slip through the cracks.

• Clear Communicator: You give crisp, confident updates in writing and on calls, and you follow up.

• Detail-Obsessed: You catch the errors, gaps, and missing pieces before anyone else does.

• Calm Under Deadlines: You stay steady when timelines are tight and priorities shift.

• Systems Thinker: You like building repeatable processes and improving how work flows.

• Ownership Mindset: You treat every project as if it were your own and follow through on your promises.

This Role Is Not for You If

• You need constant reminders to follow up, document next steps, or stay ahead of deadlines.

• You prefer simply passing tasks along instead of owning that they actually get done.

• You are uncomfortable chasing teammates or clients for assets, approvals, and answers.

• You get flustered when priorities shift or several projects need attention at once.

• You would rather avoid tools, trackers, and processes than lean into them.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3+ years in project coordination, project management, traffic management, or a similar operations role.

• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and landing pages.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, or deadlines at once.

• Comfort reading campaign metrics and translating status into clear updates.

• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.

• A reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in child care, education, franchise, or multi-location businesses.

• Prior experience at a marketing agency.

• A track record of keeping complex projects on time and on budget.

• Google Ads and/or Meta advertising certifications.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel, n8n, or similar marketing and

automation platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote-first position.
