We're looking for a high-performing Digital Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Digital Infrastructure Lead, the role plays a key part in building and maintaining CentrePort's digital infrastructure and supporting the organisation's continued growth and tech transformation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Providing support across a range of infrastructure project and BAU initiatives
- Technical support for infrastructure, cloud and end-user platforms
- Escalation for technical issues
- Management of vendors and IT service providers
- System documentation creation and maintenance
- Contribution to solution design and documentation
- Ad-hoc duties
To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Strong experience in Hybrid Microsoft infrastructure environment (networks, Entra, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server and M365) required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Proven track record working across both project and operational initiatives required
- Knowledge of ITIL practices required
- Terraform/IaaC support experience highly advantageous
- Experience in Android endpoint management via Intune highly advantageous
Other considerations: - This is an on-site Wellington-based role – you must be willing to be in the office five days a week
- You must already have the legal right to work in New Zealand
- You will be part of an on-call roster for the role (roughly once every six weeks)
- From Monday-Friday, the digital team provides support during their operating hours of 7am-6pm, with team members starting and finishing at different times.
