Digital Designer

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Digital Designer to join their growing creative team and support a fast-paced pipeline of marketing, digital, print, and event-related projects. They operate in the commercial real estate media, marketing, and events industry and have expanded their presence in recent years through conferences, digital content, awards programs, and creative services.

This is a production-first, template-driven design role focused on supporting a high volume of event and marketing deliverables. The position is not primarily centered on developing brand identities or creating illustration-based concepts. Instead, the selected candidate will efficiently produce polished, accurate, and brand-consistent materials using established templates and visual guidelines.

The designer will work across three essential areas: website and WordPress design, print production, and digital marketing design. Projects may include website graphics, HubSpot emails, advertisements, event signage, presentation decks, award graphics, social media content, brochures, programs, and large-format materials.

During certain production cycles, the designer may create 50 to 100 variations of an approved asset, such as award graphics, while maintaining consistency across names, dimensions, formatting, and export specifications. They will also support multiple events at different stages of development, moving between early concepts, production-ready materials, and frequent revisions throughout the day.

The ideal candidate combines strong typography and layout judgment with the speed, organization, and attention to detail required for high-volume production work. They should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments, managing shifting deadlines, and asking thoughtful questions when instructions or specifications require clarification.
