The Job

Are you a creative digital designer with a passion for sports, motorsport and ecommerce? Join our Ecommerce team and help shape the online experience of millions of fans worldwide. We're looking for a talented and commercially driven Digital Designer E-commerce & Social to join our Ecommerce team. In this role, you'll create high-impact visual content that inspires fans, enhances customer experience, and drives online sales across some of the world's most iconic football and motorsport brands.

From web shop banners and landing pages to email campaigns, social content, animations, and video assets, you'll bring campaigns to life across multiple digital touchpoints. You know how to translate commercial goals, customer insights, and brand guidelines into engaging creative that attracts customers, strengthens brand loyalty, and increases conversion.

Your work will be seen across the official online stores of world-renowned brands including McLaren Formula 1 Team, Manchester City Football Club, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, and Fuel for Fans, the world's leading motorsport merchandise platform.

Your Mission

• Design visually appealing banners and promotional assets for ecommerce campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and commercial initiatives;
• Create creative assets for:
  • Website homepage banners
  • Category and product landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Paid and organic social media channels
  • Display advertising and retargeting campaigns;
• Design and create motion graphics, animations, short-form videos, and dynamic content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and ecommerce channels;
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines;
• Collaborate closely with our assets to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints;
• Design and optimize landing pages that support campaign objectives and improve conversion rates;
• Create templates and scalable design assets that can be reused across channels and campaigns;
• Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile first experiences;
• Support A/B testing initiatives by developing alternative creative concepts and visual variations;
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while continuously introducing fresh and innovative creative ideas;
• Stay up to date with design, social media, and ecommerce trends and apply best practices to improve performance.

Your Talent

We're looking for a designer who combines creative excellence with commercial awareness and a passion for digital experiences.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design or a related field;
• Experience creating digital content for ecommerce, retail, sports, fashion or lifestyle brands;
• A strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce, digital marketing and social media projects;
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations and video content;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn;
• An eye for detail and a pixel-perfect approach to design;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous improvement;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• We're excited about the opportunities AI brings to the creative process. Experience with AI-powered design tools, content creation workflows and emerging technologies is considered a strong advantage.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
