DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer at OneDoc, a Swiss healthcare SaaS platform, designing and maintaining scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. Day to day: building CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring/observability, and security compliance using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, and Prometheus/Grafana.

We are looking for a DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. This is a role with real ownership: you won't just support systems, you will shape how our infrastructure evolves, ensuring full observability and helping ensure our platforms run smoothly and efficiently.
You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for our SaaS platform.
You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
You will maintain system security, backups, and compliance standards, and collaborate with teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure real-time visibility into system health, performance, and user experience.
Work closely with the CTO, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions.
Stay up to date with DevOps and cloud best practices, introduce new tools and processes, and continuously enhance performance and reliability.
