Mid-to-Senior DevOps engineer managing, scaling, and optimizing AWS infrastructure for a high-frequency trading operation — running Kubernetes clusters with ArgoCD GitOps deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and building internal monitoring dashboards.
We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior DevOps Engineer who is a highly motivated self-starter capable of hitting the ground running from day one. In this role, you will manage, scale, and optimize critical infrastructure with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Maintain, optimize, and scale our AWS cloud environment and critical infrastructure.
Orchestration & Deployment: Design, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters and manage deployments using ArgoCD.
Automation & Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable and rapid software delivery.
Internal Tools: Design and build frontend dashboards to provide visibility, monitoring, and self-service capabilities for internal teams.
Collaborative Support: Partner closely with internal users, maintaining a highly flexible, patient, and solutions-oriented approach when navigating complex or challenging user requirements.
Required Technical Stack & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Cloud Platform: Deep operational knowledge of AWS.
Containerization: Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem tools.
GitOps & CI/CD: Proficient with ArgoCD and modern continuous integration and deployment frameworks.

Highly Desirable Niche Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with latency-sensitive systems.
Hands-on experience with low-level infrastructure optimization, including machine tuning and CPU tuning.
