Reliability, Monitoring & Observability

Establish alerting thresholds and self-healing scripts to detect and remediate data flow bottlenecks before business operations are impacted.
Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex, systemic integration failures and implement permanent engineering fixes.

Advanced Production Support & Triaging

Own Tier 3 production support for business-critical Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and EIBs.
Optimize data transformations by refactoring complex XSLT, XML, and JSON payloads for better processing speed and lower failure rates.

API Technologies: Deep understanding of REST and SOAP web services, GraphQL, and secure payload transport.

What do you need to succeed?

Qualifications & Soft Skills

Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience building complex Workday Integrations.
3+ years of experience managing enterprise integrations, with at least 1–2 years applying SRE, DevOps, or automation frameworks.
