A DevOps engineer in Singapore supporting and improving application services: day-to-day work spans Docker/Kubernetes deployments, Java/Spring Boot services, monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana and ELK, plus Linux, git, SQL scripting, and Kafka-based messaging under ITIL practices. Requires 5+ years of DevOps experience.
- A bachelor'sdegreeincomputer science or a related field, coupled with relevant industry certification, will be advantageous.
- This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering and application services.
Technical
- Basic/intermediate knowledge ofdatabase concepts/scripting (SQL Server, PostgreSQLpreferred)
- Proficient in git.
- Hand-on experience with Java technology stack,SpringBoot ecosystem.
- Basic/intermediate experience with ELK
- Proficient in Docker & Kubernetes.
- Hand-on experience Prometheus / Grafana.
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Good understating of asynchronous systems andmessage brokers (e.g. Kafka).
