DevOps Engineer

We're a small and innovative consulting company. We're growing and seeking enthusiastic, creative, intelligent, and fun individuals to join us. In return, we can offer you a fun but hard-working environment where you can instantly see your contribution to the company's success.

Join our team and take ownership of the infrastructure that powers everything we build. We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is equally at home on-premise and in the cloud, thinks in terms of automation and reliability, and enjoys designing systems that let other engineers ship great software faster.

DevOps Engineer

Join our team and take ownership of the infrastructure that powers everything we build. We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is equally at home on-premise and in the cloud, thinks in terms of automation and reliability, and enjoys designing systems that let other engineers ship great software faster.

About You

• You have strong knowledge and years of extensive experience in system infrastructure administration and engineering, across both on-premise and cloud environments.

• You have a deep understanding of how workloads run on Kubernetes.

• You can design infrastructure solutions — picking the right tool or service for the right use case.

• You have solid knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform) and GitOps practices.

• You are comfortable with automation scripting in Bash or Python.

• You have experience improving CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC lifecycle.

• You have experience working with agentic workflows — utilizing AI to speed up common infrastructure tasks.

• You care about your craft; you have a passion for what you do, which you can clearly convey by your actions rather than just waffly personal statements on your CV.

• You are able to communicate in English.

• You are self-motivated, resourceful, and a creative problem solver — for you, it's more than a job.

Nice to Have

• A Cloud or Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKA / CKAD, AWS, GCP) is highly appreciated.

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the infrastructure that runs our products across on-premise and cloud environments. You'll run workloads on Kubernetes, codify infrastructure with Terraform and GitOps, automate repetitive toil with Bash and Python, and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines and SDLC. You'll also help us adopt agentic AI workflows to speed up routine infrastructure work.

You'll work directly with our engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork and maturity and is not right for everyone, but we believe it's the best way to create great software.

Technologies We Use

Here's a (not exclusive) list of the tools and platforms you'll work with. We're always investigating new ones and using the right tool for the right use case:

• Cloud: AWS, TencentCloud

• On-premises: Linux server administration

• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, GitOps

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD

• Automation scripting: Bash, Python

• Version control: Git

• AI-assisted operations: agentic workflows to accelerate common infrastructure tasks
