DevOps Engineer

✨ About Us
We are a product-first fintech company that develops and scales our own global financial ecosystem. Our ecosystem combines cutting-edge technology with seamless services to deliver powerful financial tools for businesses.
While many of our core products are established and undergoing active support and continuous enhancement, we are far from standing still. We are constantly evolving, refining our existing architecture, and venturing into dynamic new internal startups to stay ahead of the market.

🧬 Our Values: R E S P E C T
We build our culture around core principles that help us grow together:
Responsibility — We own our decisions and their outcomes.
Engagement — We are deeply involved and care about the product's success.
Solutions, not problems — We focus on fixing paths, not just pointing out obstacles.
Proactivity — We act ahead of time, anticipating needs.
Exploration of ideas — We stay curious, test hypotheses, and welcome innovation.
Collaboration — We achieve more by working together openly.
Team — We support each other and win as one.

👤 Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a tech-savvy, calm, and analytical DevOps Engineer who is genuinely interested in building solid, sustainable processes rather than just "putting out fires."
You are our ideal candidate if you:
Are genuinely passionate about system architecture and love digging deep into technical details to find the most efficient solutions.
Value automation over manual fixes — you aim to build systems that prevent issues from occurring in the first place.
Are a self-driven, responsible professional who is not afraid to ask the right questions, explore unchartered territory, and support colleagues when needed.

🛠️ Technical Stack (3+ years of experience required):
Orchestration & Management: Kubernetes, Helm ☸️
IaC & CaC: Terraform (AWS), Ansible 🤖
CI/CD: Jenkins (strong Groovy knowledge is a must), GitLab CI/CD 🏗️
Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK stack 📊
Core Systems: Advanced Linux administration, Bash, Python 🐍🐧
Networking & Security: IP networking, routing, VPNs, DNS, Load Balancing, Cloudflare 🌐🔒

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to optimize development, staging, and testing environments.
Manage, scale, and enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure and ecosystem components.
Design, implement, and maintain robust build, deployment, and configuration management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues, performing root-cause analysis.
Build and maintain reliable automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and continuous integration.
Ensure the high availability, scalability, and ultimate stability of all system environments.
Monitor system metrics, predict capacity issues, and proactively identify areas for architectural improvement.
Establish, maintain, and monitor configuration and security standards across the ecosystem.
Maintain comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date project and infrastructure documentation.

🎯 Nice to Have:
Prior experience in the FinTech domain (understanding financial security compliance is a plus).
Experience with on-premises-like infrastructures and virtualized environments.
Hands-on experience with alternative cloud/VPS providers (e.g., BitLaunch).
Relevant DevOps certifications (AWS, CKA/CKAD, etc.).
