About Intuji
Intuji is a global customer experience transformation partner. We exist to help ambitious B2B manufacturers, wholesalers, and industrial service providers achieve significant Profitability, unlock Scale, and build lasting Enterprise Value. This outcome-driven approach is powered by our core philosophy, PSV Thinking®.
We don't just build digital solutions; we partner with clients to discover and amplify their unique competitive EdgeFactor®. By combining strategic insight, data, commerce platforms, and cutting-edge technology, we create intuitive customer experiences that deliver measurable results and set our clients apart. We believe digital transformation should be treated like strategic product development, creating assets that drive differentiation.
If you're passionate about solving complex business problems, delivering tangible value (Profit, Scale, Value), and helping companies find their unique digital edge, Intuji is the place for you.
Our clients are leaders and innovators in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and industrial services. Experience with these sectors is a plus, but a drive to learn and apply PSV Thinking® to solve their unique challenges is essential.
The Opportunity
As a DevOps Engineer, you will serve as a key architect in advancing our DevOps capability. You will drive the evolution of our cloud infrastructure, optimise our automated pipelines, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering and Quality Assurance.
We embrace PSV (Profitable, Scalable, and Value) thinking. You will be expected to evaluate infrastructure strategy not just through technical execution, but through business ROI—delivering solutions that are cost-effective, easily scalable, and immediately valuable to product velocity.
You will love it here if you:
- Think Like a Customer
You prioritise customer needs and see everything from their perspective. You're empathetic and always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Do Whatever It Takes
You relentlessly pursue excellence, focusing on solutions rather than excuses. You're willing to go the extra mile and do whatever is necessary to achieve high-quality results.
- Proactively Find the Right Solutions
You take initiative, solve problems independently, and go beyond assigned tasks. You're resourceful and don't need to be micromanaged to get things done. You apply PSV Thinking® to ensure solutions drive real business outcomes.
- Are Always Learning
You embrace challenges, seek growth opportunities, and continuously expand your skills. You're curious, open to change, and quick to learn from both successes and failures.
- Look Out for Others
You collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and prioritise team success. You're dependable, empathetic, and always ready to help your teammates.
You won’t like it here if you:
- Are Just Looking For A "Job": You see this as nothing more than a paycheck. You have no real interest in Intuji’s mission, our focus on PSV Thinking®, or helping clients build their EdgeFactor®. You're not invested in making a meaningful contribution.
- Have No Initiative Or Drive: You wait to be told what to do and rarely take action on your own. You're content with doing the bare minimum and have no desire to go above and beyond in your role. You’re happy to settle for low standards.
- Don't Understand the Value of Time: You are often late, miss deadlines, and waste time on unimportant tasks. You don't effectively prioritise and fail to manage your time effectively, impacting efficiency and profitability (GBS).
- Don't Learn Quickly: You struggle to adapt to new situations and resist change. You're not interested in personal growth or skill development, and you repeat the same mistakes without learning from them.
- Only Look Out for Yourself: You’re not a team player, so prioritise your own interests above those of the team. You don't understand that “a rising tide lifts all boats”. You're unwilling to help colleagues, avoid collaboration, and don't contribute to a positive team environment.
What makes Intuji unique is:
- PSV Thinking®: This is our fundamental philosophy. Every engagement is filtered through this lens to ensure we drive measurable Profit, enable Scale, and build long-term enterprise Value for our clients. It’s about outcomes, not just outputs.
- EdgeFactor®: We don’t just implement technology; we help clients discover or create their unique digital advantage – a competitive edge that’s difficult to copy and deeply valuable. We treat digital transformation like strategic product development.
- Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS): This is how we run the business. EOS provides the structure, discipline, and accountability tools (like the V/TO®, Accountability Chart®, Rocks, L10 Meetings®) to keep us focused, aligned, and executing effectively towards our vision.
- Growth By Sharing® (GBS): This is how we reward performance aligned with our goals. Our whole-company bonus program links team rewards directly to achieving our EBITDA targets, fostering an ownership mindset and ensuring everyone benefits from our collective success driven by PSV Thinking® and efficient execution.
- The 4DCX Framework®: Our proprietary four-phase delivery methodology (Discover, Design, Develop, Dominate) provides a structured yet flexible approach to creating intuitive customer experiences and executing on the EdgeFactor® strategy.
- Creating Tomorrow®: Our overarching purpose. This guides our commitment to building outstanding customer experiences and driving client success, while also championing sustainable initiatives and making a positive impact on our team and community.
Here’s how we ensure candidates are the right fit for roles:
We use the GWC (Gets it, Wants it, Capacity to do it) framework.
- Gets it: Does the person truly understand the role, its core functions, our core values, and how their work connects to PSV Thinking® and building client EdgeFactor®?
- Wants it: Is the person genuinely motivated and energised by this specific role and the opportunity to contribute to Intuji's vision?
- Capacity: Does the person possess the necessary skills, knowledge, time, and mental/emotional bandwidth to excel in the role?
