Forget everything you know about traditional software development. We're not just another software house – we're an AI-First Development Studio that's completely reimagining how software gets built. While others are still debating whether AI will change development, we're already living in that future.
We're the team behind custom software solutions for one of Poland's largest privately held companies, and we're scaling these innovations to transform how other companies build software. Our secret? We've integrated AI and LLMs into every single step of the Software Development Life Cycle – from initial project scoping and task creation, through coding and testing, all the way to security scans and deployment.
The result? We're delivering value an order of magnitude faster than traditional approaches. This isn't just optimization – it's a complete paradigm shift.
You won't be maintaining legacy systems or fighting with outdated processes. You'll be architecting the infrastructure that powers next-generation, AI-driven development workflows. Every day, you'll work with cutting-edge AWS services, automate processes that others do manually, and help scale solutions that are genuinely changing how software gets built.
This is your chance to be part of something truly unique – a development studio that's not just using AI as a tool, but has made AI-first development its core DNA.
As our DevOps Engineer, you'll be the architect of our cloud infrastructure and automation systems. You'll work primarily with AWS's Platform-as-a-Service offerings, building and maintaining the backbone that supports our AI-driven development processes.
Your playground will include AWS API Gateway, Lambda functions, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, and the entire AWS ecosystem. You'll be automating deployments, optimizing performance, and ensuring our infrastructure scales seamlessly as we grow.
But here's what makes it exciting – you won't just be managing infrastructure. You'll be building the foundation for AI-powered development workflows that are genuinely revolutionary. Every system you design, every automation you create, will be part of something that's changing the industry.
