Build the Foundation That Powers It All
Every great product runs on invisible infrastructure. At CreditXpert, we're looking for the engineer who takes pride in making that invisible work, flawlessly.
We're a 25-year-old FinTech company; established, mission-driven, and uniquely positioned at a transformational moment in the mortgage industry. Flat enough to move fast. Experienced enough to know how. As we scale our cloud-based platform and accelerate product delivery for mortgage lenders across the country, we need a sharp, driven DevOps Engineer to help us build, optimize, and secure the infrastructure that makes it all possible.
This isn't a maintenance role. This is a foundational build opportunity, where you'll help to shape CI/CD pipelines, scale AWS infrastructure, drive automation, and leave your fingerprints on a platform that directly impacts homeownership for millions of Americans.
Here's what makes this role different:
- You'll join an established DevOps team and bring real influence to how we build, scale, and operate — your expertise will shape decisions, not just execute them
- You'll work across AWS, CI/CD, security, and observability, genuine full-spectrum DevOps work
- You'll partner closely with development, architecture, and QA teams in a flat, collaborative environment where your voice carries weight
- You'll help drive SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, meaningful, high-stakes work that matters
- You'll join a company that has thrived for 25+ years with the agility and mission-focus most organizations lose along the way
If you're a DevOps engineer who's energized by building things right, moving fast without breaking things, and doing work that genuinely matters, keep reading.
