DevOps Engineer responsible for deploying and maintaining servers across multiple regions to ensure stable access for global users, monitoring server performance and user connection quality, and collaborating with teams on testing and validation.
Key responsibilities
Independently deploy and maintain servers across multiple regions to ensure stable access for global users.
Monitor server performance in real-time (CPU, memory, bandwidth, connections), user connection quality (latency, packet loss), and abnormal traffic; quickly locate and resolve issues through the alert system.
Regularly update transmission protocols, encryption certificates, and keys to ensure secure and stable data transmission and continuous service availability.
Collaborate with the R&D team on grayscale testing, stress testing, and compatibility validation for new client versions and transmission protocols; promptly identify and resolve cross-platform issues.
Forecast server capacity needs based on business growth trends and implement automated scaling plans to continuously optimize network coverage and user experience.
Write and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate deployment, updates, health checks, and traffic scheduling.
Monitor and analyze network blocking and throttling strategies; design and implement multi-dimensional bypass solutions such as obfuscation techniques, domain strategies, and port management.
Possess strong documentation skills to clearly and promptly write operation workflows, troubleshooting guides, and operation manuals.
About you
Proficient in Linux systems and common DevOps tools, with practical experience in production environments.
Understanding of mainstream encrypted transmission protocols and their deployment.
Familiar with network architecture design, load balancing, firewalls, and traffic/port management.
Experience with Python, Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, and MySQL.
Strong troubleshooting skills, performance tuning, and security awareness.
Good team collaboration and communication skills.
Languages Required: Mandarin and English.
Knowledge of CDN, domain name strategies, and anti-blocking scheduling technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, or Terraform is a plus.
