Our client is seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join their innovative team based in Klerksdorp. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our client's software delivery processes. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline workflows, improve deployment frequency, and enhance system stability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cloud environments, scripting languages, and configuration management tools. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment processes. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and operational efficiency. Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or a related infrastructure/operations role. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure automation tools. Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Power Shell. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
