• Enable AI Agents in Operations: Integrate AI-assisted tooling/agents into DevOps workflows to improve:

  • developer productivity (e.g., troubleshooting assistance, change summaries, PR/release automation)

  • deployment quality (e.g., automated checks, risk indicators, validation gates)

  • operational response (e.g., incident triage support, log/alert summarization)

• Improve Reliability & Quality: Implement controls and quality gates (e.g., automated testing triggers, artifact versioning, approvals, rollback strategies) to raise release confidence.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with software engineers, QA, and project teams to standardize delivery practices and improve lead time.

• Observe & Troubleshoot: Support production and non-production environments through monitoring, logs, and incident support; perform root cause analysis and prevention.

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins (pipeline design, shared libraries, credentials, agents/nodes).

• Strong scripting/automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy for Jenkins pipelines).

• Familiarity with source control and DevOps workflows (Git, branching strategies, code review practices).

• Understanding of CI/CD best practices: artifact management, automated testing, environment promotion, rollback, and release governance.

• Comfortable working in Linux environments.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Splunk) and incident management practices.

• Exposure to secure DevOps practices (secrets management, SAST/DAST, SBOM, dependency scanning).

• Experience implementing AI-assisted tooling (ChatOps bots, incident assistants, CI/CD automation using LLMs/agents).
