Automating development, delivery, and deployment processes using appropriate tools and scripts
Ensuring the portability of the CI/CD environment by minimizing adherence to underlying infrastructure
Monitoring application performance and health, and addressing performance bottlenecks
Improving system and software scalability, reliability, and availability
Supporting and training development teams in using the CI/CD environment
Participating in design reviews to ensure integrable and releasable architecture
Keeping informed about technology trends through continuous learning

Proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker or Podman)

Familiarity with artifact management tools (e.g., Artifactory or Nexus) and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, ElasticSearch)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Gradle
Desirable: Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) and REST APIs
Desirable: Relevant certifications (e.g., Jenkins, Azure)
