An experienced project manager to lead a 2-year pilot project (to September 2028) helping rural and remote households in the Highlands and Islands access low-carbon technologies through a group purchasing model, working closely with partners and installers. Requires strong communication skills and regular travel across the project area, ideally based in the Highlands and Islands.
