Provides hands-on IT support for a public recreation agency: installs, maintains, and troubleshoots workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and security cameras, and helps support Windows AD, Exchange, VMware, and LAN/WAN network infrastructure across multiple locations.

JOB SUMMARY
This position ensures that the organization’s computer systems and local/wide area networks are operating and functioning properly. Work involves identifying and recommending changes to improve system and application software; troubleshooting problems; and working with computer workstations, printers, and network hardware and software. This position also assists and addresses others technical issues related to telephone technical support, PDS set-ups, and security camera installations.
This person will work on network infrastructure support to include hands on experience with Windows ADS, Windows server, Exchange, VMware, IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SANs, NAS, Microsoft Office, firewalls, Cisco's products, LAN/WAN networking, desktop/laptop, and hardware/software support. This position also maintains information technology (IT) inventory and assists.
