Design & Selection Specialist

Do you naturally notice the details that make a space feel complete?

Great design isn't just about creating beautiful spaces—it's about understanding how color, materials, finishes, furnishings, and space planning work together to create spaces that are functional, cohesive, and built to last.

This role combines working with people, solving problems, and finding creative ways to maximize both style and budget. It involves guiding homebuyers through selections, collaborating with teammates, and making practical design decisions that support the long-term success of each project.

Troy Allan Companies is looking for an experienced Interior Design & Selections Specialist to help shape the look and feel of our homes and apartment communities. This role is ideal for someone who understands production homebuilding, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys collaborating with others to bring projects to life.
