• Prepare design briefs, technical reports, meeting minutes, and project recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Development, Operations, Marketing, Technical Services, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Build strong relationships with owners and project teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design and construction process.
• Stay up to date with hospitality design trends, technological innovations, and Accor brand standards to continuously enhance project quality.
• Travel regularly across Iberia and other European countries to attend workshops, site visits, sample room reviews, and pre-opening inspections.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Brings 8+ years of experience in hospitality design and project management, ideally within an international hospitality company.
