About Atira
Atira builds the commercial brain for industrials. Our agents 10x the sales engineers of today by offering the complete toolbox of tasks needed in complex environments. They handle everything from extracting and classifying requirements from incoming RFQs, orchestrating communication and information retrieval across multiple stakeholders and systems, while generating outcomes like documentation, production system inputs, or configuration recommendations. CRM. Atira. ERP.
We are one of the fastest growing teams in Munich and are looking for you to join us!
Why Deployment Strategists are our customers' #1 go-to person
We aim to solve the most complex problems in sales engineering and work closely with customers in mapping out their ideal inbound process. You will dive into our enterprise customers processes to help deploy Atira agents with our FDEs and face their most intricate challenges. You are the go-to person inside our largest partners for anything project management and use case scoping related, and this from the point where you demo our product for the first time up until multi-annual partnership commercial negotiations.
Trust and use case insights are your two most valuable resources you get from customers and what you bring back home will directly shape our core platform in the near future - this requires a strong taste when it comes to how a software product is shaped and a strong opinion on what is needed to maximize customer satisfaction. Beyond that, our Deployment Strategists think beyond a single customer and are essential in figuring out the concrete steps to scale to our next 100 customers by accelerating onboarding processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Own the customer end-to-end together with an FDE Tech Lead. From kickoff to renewal, you are on the hook. You run SteerCos, scope deployments, drive onboarding, and decide what gets built next.
Scope the agents that work best for a customer You go deep on each customer's technical sales process, understanding it in all it’s details. You bring home whatever solves their problems and conceptualize this across all of your customers
Decide what scales and what doesn't. You sit at the boundary between customer work and the core platform. You translate customer behavior into product feedback features and will need to be opinionated on product / our agents
Identify, elevate and partner with end users as well as C-Level. You support the internal owner and help scope the long term growth plan.
Tell the story. You speak at industry events, co-author case studies, and represent Atira in front of customer executives and prospects. The GTM motion is built around the stories you create
What we are looking for
Ownership, drive, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and open ended problems. You take problems personally, decide in the absence of a clear roadmap, and own the outcome including the downside.
Your profile
Demonstrated ownership and initiative: a company you started, a leading role in a team or larger project
3+ Years customer facing experience working with both end users and C-Level
You thrive in customer-facing situations: high-stakes conversations with executives energize you, you push back when needed, and you walk out with a clear next step
You’ve optimized your AI tooling: you’ve invested heavily in building the skills and context layer to get the maximum out of your day
Relevant coding or strong analytical experience
Full working proficiency in both German and English
Frontend and app-building / Feature taste
Occasional on-site travel per customer requirements; 20-40% overall (DACH primarily, occasionally international)
What you'll get
Real ownership: you'll be one of the early team members and shape both product and comapny as well as work closely with customers
Strong peers: work with people who have built and shipped AI systems in industrial environments at scale before, and the chance to learn directly from them
Impactful work: your code is deployed all across Europe’s and US industrial backbone, affecting how complex products and services are sold and configured worldwide
Competitive salary & equity package and additional benefits including Wellpass, JobRad and company dinners
Most importantly: Collaborate & thrive in a high-performing but caring culture. We will own the industrial sales function but will do so with modesty and integrity
What success looks like after a few months
You independently run enterprise deployments end-to-end, from kickoff to production
Customers rely on you as their primary contact and trust your judgment
Your learnings have shaped core platform features and the playbook for the customers who come after you
