About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Demi Chef to keep The Living Room hot kitchen ready for service, deliver consistent dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and support the wider kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients before each service.
- Cook under the direction of the Chef de Partie.
- Follow recipes and plate dishes to agreed standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
