Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist at Sharetec | Jobyssey

Sharetec is looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team!

At Sharetec, we believe in a people-first business. Our mission is to make millions of people’s lives easier by developing innovative core banking and lending software solutions for credit unions and their members. Our customers rely on us for powerful financial technology that enhances operations across accounting, lending, member services, and online banking — and they count on us to be a caring, trusted partner in their success.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to own the marketing engine that drives Sharetec’s revenue pipeline. This is a hands-in-the-platform role — you’ll be the operational owner of ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, and Webflow, and you’ll be responsible for building the marketing-sourced pipeline that fuels Sharetec’s growth.

This is a brand new role at Sharetec, and a significant one. You’ll work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with the Marketing Associate, the Product Marketing & Demo Specialist, and the Salesforce Administrator to ensure every campaign is measurable, attributable, and connected to revenue outcomes.

If you’ve run ABM programs, built nurture sequences that convert, and know how to close the loop between marketing activity and Salesforce pipeline data in a B2B SaaS environment, we’d love to talk.

Position Details

This is a full-time, exempt position. Candidates may work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with the exception of California. Candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zone are strongly preferred. Travel is expected at less than 20%, primarily for the annual Users Conference and occasional team meetings.

The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility.

Who Will Love This Job

Someone who finds more satisfaction in making something better than building something new — and understands why that’s harder
Someone who believes that technology serving people’s financial lives is worth doing with real care and precision
Someone who is energized by a company in motion — where the roadmap is growing and your contributions shape the direction
Someone who is as comfortable presenting to an executive team as they are rolling up their sleeves to solve a customer’s operational problem
Someone who measures success in pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics — and can prove it
Someone who lives inside marketing platforms and pushes them to their limit
Someone who is as comfortable in a Salesforce workflow build as they are in a campaign strategy conversation
Someone who is excited to build something from scratch and put their fingerprints on a growing company’s go-to-market engine
