Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
Stay current on emerging marketing trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven experience building and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Experience marketing SaaS, technology, or other B2B solutions.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Strong experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
Experience measuring campaign performance using marketing analytics and CRM reporting.
Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and full-funnel marketing.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Experience supporting SDR or BDR organizations.
In your first 6 months, you'll:
Launch and optimize scalable demand generation campaigns.

Improve marketing-to-sales conversion rates.
Build reporting that provides clear visibility into campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Become a trusted partner to Sales Leadership by delivering measurable pipeline growth.
Join one of North America's fastest-growing outsourced sales organizations.
Own a high-impact function with direct visibility into company growth.
Work remotely with a collaborative, high-performing team.
Opportunity to shape and scale TSF's marketing strategy.
Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
