Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.
We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
Summary
Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology and the first legal practice management unicorn. While the majority of Clio's growth to date has been in North America, international expansion is a key strategic priority for the business.
Today, Clio serves customers in over 130 countries. Spain is one of Clio's highest-priority growth markets within EMEA, with Barcelona serving as the hub for our Spain operations. The Spanish legal market represents a significant opportunity, and Clio is investing in building awareness, generating demand, and establishing itself as the leading legal technology platform for legal professionals across the country.
As Demand Generation Manager, Spain, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and digital campaigns. You will set the direction for how Clio builds pipeline and awareness in the Spanish market, manage agency partners against that strategy, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to hit ambitious growth targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the strategy, but you'll also be close enough to execution to know when something isn't working and why.
Our wider Marketing team is distributed across Ireland, the UK, Canada, the US, Spain, and Australia. We work collaboratively through async communication, Slack, and video, and we value curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You are an experienced demand generation marketer with a proven track record of building and executing data-driven marketing strategies that hit ambitious targets. You know how to move between strategic thinking and getting into the detail of a campaign when it needs your attention. You have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence cross-functionally without formal authority over every team you work with. You're comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding them accountable to performance goals. You're motivated by ownership and want ambitious growth in Spain and are excited to help build it.
