Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact

Continuously identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support and work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment, drive top-of-funnel awareness, and identify opportunities for optimization

Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and conversion paths

Contribute to daily conversations about how to best execute and measure webinars, emails, and other marketing campaigns

Program Management

Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations, including webinars, email campaigns, nurture streams, and content development

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing programs run smoothly

Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications
