Demand Generation Manager at Archer – Cairo | Jobyssey

About Archer

A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.

Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.

This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.

If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.

The Role

Archer is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own digital pipeline generation across paid media, SEO, AEO, account-based marketing, content activation, and AI-powered marketing operations.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an operator who can build, launch, optimize, and scale demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for turning campaigns, content, intent signals, and AI-enabled workflows into qualified pipeline while continuously improving efficiency and performance across channels.

You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, SDRs, and the Web team to bring campaigns to market, activate content, engage target accounts, and optimize the buyer journey. Success in this role is measured by pipeline creation, opportunity generation, channel efficiency, and revenue impact.

This role is based in Archer's Cairo office and works day to day with our global marketing team, with regular overlap with US working hours.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media & Content Activation

Run all paid programs end to end — paid search, paid social, LinkedIn, Reddit, and display: setup, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and daily optimization toward high-intent traffic.
Activate campaigns and content across every paid and organic channel, matching message to channel and audience at each stage of the buyer journey.

Search & Organic Growth

Own SEO and answer engine optimization so Archer shows up where buyers and AI assistants look, capturing demand beyond paid channels.
Continuously improve campaign, landing page, and website conversion rates through testing, experimentation, and audience optimization.

Account-Based Marketing

Use 6sense, intent data, and buying group insights to identify and prioritize target accounts.
Engage those accounts through trigger events and signal-based programs that move buying groups toward opportunity.

Pipeline Ownership & Measurement

Carry a marketing-sourced pipeline target, build the channel mix to hit it, and optimize relentlessly against cost per opportunity, not vanity metrics.
Partner with Revenue Operations to build the tracking, attribution, and reporting that prove channel ROI and show exactly where pipeline comes from.

AI & Automation

Own the build-out, management, and optimization of the function’s AI agent library.
Run agents that govern budget and reallocate spend toward high-intent signals daily, holding the program to zero wasted spend.

What You Bring

5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid media within B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, display advertising, and account-based marketing.
Strong command of SEO and AEO with a track record of driving organic growth.
A track record of owning pipeline targets and optimizing for revenue outcomes.
Experience building attribution, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and workflow optimization.

Even Better If You Have

Experience with 6sense, intent data, buying group strategies, and signal-based demand programs.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, WordPress, marketing automation platforms, and modern B2B marketing technology stacks.
