About Origin
Origin is building the endpoint AI observability platform for AI-adopting organizations. We believe that organizations should not adopt AI on their endpoints without observability in place, and we want to be the platform that maximizes the productivity & safety of that adoption.
The company exists to maximize the diffusion of intelligence inside an organization, maximize the productivity of agentic systems and the humans driving them, keep agent actions traceable end-to-end so that when a user asks for something in a prompt they can verify the agent actually did what was expected, and give organizations one interface to answer the hardest questions they have about how work gets done.
Our platform monitors and protects some of the most important organizations in the world. We are backed by Sequoia Capital, Brightmind Ventures, IA Ventures and other top firms.
Role
Origin is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to build and execute programs that turn awareness into qualified pipeline and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, strategic individual contributor role for someone who can both do the work and determine what excellence looks like.
You’ll own demand generation across paid search, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels, developing campaign strategy, launching and optimizing programs, analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities to reach and engage our ideal customers.
AI is central to how this role operates. You’ll use AI to improve campaign execution, automate repetitive work, and build systems that make demand generation more efficient and scalable, freeing the team to focus on strategy and growth.
You’ll also explore opportunities across media, podcasts, content, and partnerships, bringing a strong understanding of our ideal customers and the cybersecurity market to create relevant, differentiated, and measurable campaigns.
This role offers meaningful ownership from day one. You’ll work autonomously within a team, bring a clear point of view, and help shape the demand generation function as Origin grows.

Use AI to improve campaign development and execution, automate repeatable processes, and build scalable systems that make demand generation more efficient
Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization and measurement
