Demand Generation Campaign Manager at yondr – US - Remote | Jobyssey

At Yondr, we believe in the power of presence. Our mission is to create phone-free spaces that deepen human connection and elevate shared experiences. We partner with artists, educators, and visionaries to design environments that put people, not devices, at the center.

Yondr’s business segments span numerous industries, primarily across education and live events. Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will own Yondr's full digital acquisition stack, including paid media, SEO, CRO, email/marketing automation, and web performance, and will be accountable for turning that work into qualified pipeline and revenue across Education, Artist Relations, and Commercial.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this leader will run campaigns end to end rather than briefing an agency and waiting for results. The role sits at the intersection of channel execution, marketing automation ownership, and revenue reporting, and will partner closely with Education Sales, Artist Relations, and Commercial GTM to make sure demand generation reflects each vertical's buying cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing Automation & Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud end to end: build and manage Journey Builder programs, not just one-off email sends.
Write SQL and use Automation Studio to build list segmentation and data extensions that support targeted, multi-vertical campaigns.
Use AMPscript to build dynamic, personalized content across email and web touchpoints.
Maintain the integration between SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring lead and campaign data sync cleanly enough to support pipeline attribution.
Build and maintain lead scoring models and MQL-to-SQL handoff logic inside the platform.
Use Einstein features (send time optimization, engagement scoring) and Contact Builder where useful to manage data relationships across Yondr's three business units.

2. Conversion & Web Performance

Build and optimize conversion paths across the Yondr website, from landing pages through demo requests, using CRO testing and behavioral data.
Lead or heavily contribute to website performance initiatives, with clear before-and-after data on conversion lift and site speed.

3. Paid Acquisition & SEO/AEO/GEO

Own and manage the paid acquisition budget across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, continuously testing audiences, creative, and targeting to lower cost per lead and improve lead quality.
Own organic search performance, including technical SEO and how AI-first search (GEO, AEO, AI Overviews) is changing discovery, adapting strategy as buyer research shifts toward AI tools.
Set channel mix and budget allocation across paid and organic based on pipeline performance, not spend history.

4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership

Report on campaign performance using GA4 and Adobe Analytics, connecting every campaign back to pipeline-influenced revenue.
Partner with Education, Commercial and Entertainment verticals and stakeholders to align campaigns to each vertical's territory priorities and buying cycle.
Bring AI tools into daily workflow for content generation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization, and share what's working across the marketing team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise, with a multi-vertical or multi-buyer environment a plus.
Proven, quantifiable pipeline and revenue impact from past campaigns (comparable to: driving six figures in pipeline-influenced revenue, cutting CPL by meaningful double digits, materially improving MQL to SQL conversion).
Full-stack ownership across paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, email automation, and web, rather than specialization in a single channel.
Hands-on, independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, specifically:
- Journey Builder program development and management
- SQL and Automation Studio for segmentation and data extensions
- AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization
- SFMC–Salesforce CRM integration and pipeline attribution
- Lead scoring models and MQL-to-SQL handoff logic

Experience leading or heavily contributing to a website migration or major CRO initiative with clear before-and-after performance data.
Fluency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Adobe Analytics or GA4.
Daily, genuine use of AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with Einstein features (send time optimization, engagement scoring) or Contact Builder for managing data across multiple business units.
Experience marketing to more than one distinct buyer type within the same role (e.g., education administrators, enterprise procurement, consumer or lifestyle audiences).
Experience in a lean, founder-led, or rapidly evolving marketing organization.
Familiarity with how AI-first search (GEO, AEO, AI Overviews) is changing SEO and content strategy.
