Enterprise Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM) is looking for a skilled and proven leader to manage our Data Governance compliance along with other data quality, testing and key metric reporting in our Poland team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of reference data, data governance and data management as well as State Street business model and strategy.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Data Steward, AVP you will
Capture and maintain technical metadata to record data lineage and traceability. Validate and maintain data lineage (sources, transformations, outputs) and ensure lineage information is current within the Data Catalog.
Manage and provide oversight daily operation for State Street’s subsidiaries and branches and participating as a member of Legal Entity Oversight Committee monthly meeting composed of representatives of business units, control and corporate functions to adopt and monitor the implementation of the Charter and Standards for State Street’s subsidiaries and branches.

Minimum Salary:
zł182,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
