Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist Lead to support a high-profile regulatory transformation initiative within a leading international bank. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced analytics, modelling, and visualisation techniques to drive data-led decision-making across risk and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with risk leaders, technology teams, business stakeholders, and transformation teams to develop analytical solutions that improve risk management and support strategic decision-making.

Team & Reporting Line
The team is responsible for delivering critical transformation initiatives across Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk (OTCR). The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly visible, offering direct engagement with senior stakeholders.
Location & Work Mode
London, UK. This hybrid role comprises two days onsite and three days working from home.

Required Qualifications
Proven Data Scientist with experience delivering business-impacting analytics in complex environments. Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with data modelling, machine learning, and risk analytics.
