A Data Scientist joins BAE Systems' internal Analytics COE team in Barrow-in-Furness, building data science solutions for the Submarines business from proof of concept through delivery and support. Day-to-day work involves statistical analysis, predictive modelling and machine learning using Python, SQL, and data pipelines.

As a Data Scientist in the Technology Enablement - Analytics COE Team, you will be joining a new team working on an exciting new project developing Data Science solutions to real life problems within Submarines. You will be working from proof of concept and discovery development lifecycle stages right through to end delivery and through life support.
