- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Quality Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, or Data Analyst in complex data environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SQL, ETL workflows (e.g., SSIS), and data pipeline verification.
- Experience in testing BI tools/dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and data reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with bug/issue tracking tools (Jira) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong plus.
