Do you want to know more about our Culture?
We are Family: Yes, we are colleagues, but we like to have fun while working. As a real family, we suffer in hard times and celebrate together in good times, as equals and with respect.
In fact, we like better the Spanish word Colegas, which includes a sense of friendship.
Passion by Design: Passion is at the very heart of everything we do. Over at HQ, they say this is a because of the sunny Barcelona and our Latin vibes. The reality… it's because we love what we do.
Innovation as a Service: We don’t deliver technology; we deliver creation & transformation. Challenging the status quo is what inspire us because we want to lead the next generation of grocery business.
Make it happen: Every day is an opportunity to make a difference. Do something good today, improve it tomorrow and don’t stop until it’s awesome.
Think Big: Don’t let what is already done draw the boundaries of what’s coming next, this is the only way to go beyond what it is expected.
