Data Operations Specialist

In this position, you will coordinate the account setup process with Transfer Agents (TAs), Client Services teams and other internal stakeholders, ensuring requests are handled accurately and within agreed timelines.

The role combines day-to-day operational responsibilities with stakeholder coordination, issue resolution and process optimization.

You will work in an international environment and have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives aimed at improving workflows, increasing automation and delivering a consistently high level of service to clients.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Previous experience within Transfer Agency, fund operations or fund account opening.
• Good understanding of account opening requirements, controls and processes within a Transfer Agency environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of an international team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to process optimization, workflow improvements or automation initiatives would be an additional advantage.
