The Role

• Lead data processing and operational delivery across research projects
• Build automation solutions using Python, SPSS, and AI tools
• Improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
• Support researchers with technical challenges and large datasets
• Develop scalable tools and repeatable solutions for ongoing projects
• Work closely with research, data, and technology teams to drive innovation

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong SPSS and quantitative data processing experience
• Python or scripting experience for automation
• Experience using AI tools to solve business problems
• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience improving workflows through automation
