A contract Data Engineer joins an Agile team in London (3 days onsite) to build and mature a Snowflake-centric modern data platform, creating governed, single-source-of-truth datasets. Day-to-day work spans dbt modelling, ELT pipelines, data quality/lineage, and analytics enablement with tools like Tableau, Fivetran and Airflow/Dagster.
A Data Engineer is required to join an Agile delivery team supporting the development and maturity of a modern data platform in London, with 3 days onsite.
The role centres on building scalable, governed data solutions that provide trusted, single-source-of-truth datasets across the business. You'll work across data modelling, engineering, quality, governance and analytics, partnering with stakeholders, analysts and platform teams to onboard new sources and improve the overall data environment.
The contract is initially 1-3 years and is based in London with 3 days onsite.
