• Translating business requirements into robust, sustainable data solutions and architectures

• Collaborating with analytics teams to ensure data products are accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose

• Maintaining and enhancing our existing reporting infrastructure, which currently includes a mixture of Microsoft Access and Azure-based solutions

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end data engineering solutions

• Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience

Desirable Skills and Experience

While not essential, we'd be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience with:

• Microsoft Azure data services

• Microsoft Access and legacy reporting environments

• Modernising, integrating, or transforming fragmented data and reporting systems

If you don't meet every requirement but believe you could be successful in this role, we'd still love to hear from you.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to shape and improve the organisation's data foundations

• Meaningful projects with visible business impact

• A collaborative and supportive environment where ideas and innovation are encouraged

• Opportunities to learn, develop, and grow within a developing Data & Analytics function
