An internship as a Data Engineer on ST's HR Analytics team in Lombardia, Italy: designing data flows, building ingestion and transformation pipelines, performing analysis, and creating Power BI dashboards for HR reporting and forecasting. Core skills: data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), statistics, and Python/R/SQL.
