Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective data solutions Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and resilient data pipelines Own deliveries end to end, from initial requirements through implementation, testing, and production deployment Build and enhance data solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow Integrate data from enterprise APIs and other internal and external data sources Drive automation and apply modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing Ensure the stability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability of delivered solutions Work independently, proactively identify improvements, and quickly build domain knowledge within the Recovery data area
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python Practical experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow Strong understanding of data modelling and experience designing scalable and resilient data pipelines Experience with API integrations and modern data architecture principles Good understanding of software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps ways of working Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions from concept to production Fluent English, written and spoken
