Are you a Data Engineer or Integration Engineer looking for more ownership and the opportunity to shape how data and integrations work across an organisation?
We're recruiting for an experience Data Engineer to join an established organisation at the start of a significant technology transformation. Technology is moving from a traditional, predominantly on-premise environment towards a modern cloud-based approach, and data and integration will be central to that journey.
This is a hands-on technical role rather than a people-management position. You'll become the internal specialist for data and integration, working closely with the Head of Applications & Data to understand the current landscape, improve existing integrations and identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
The environment is heavily Microsoft-focused, including Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Functions and APIs. There's also an existing SQL-based on-premise data warehouse which needs to evolve towards a modern cloud data platform, with technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake being considered.
The role is based in Coventry 2 days per week (Tues and Weds) with a top end salary for £70k depending on experience.
We are an equal opportunity recruitment company. This means we welcome applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of race, sex, disability, religion, sexual orientation or age.
We are particularly invested in Neurodiversity inclusion and offer reasonable adjustments in the interview process. Reasonable adjustments are changes that we can make in the interview process if your disability puts you at a disadvantage compared with others who are not disabled. If you would benefit from a reasonable adjustment in your interview process, please call or email one of our recruiters.
