• Oversee operations across Bronze, Silver and Gold data layers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and problems.
• Drive continuous improvement across platform operations, monitoring and support processes.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure effective platform delivery and support.

• Experience coordinating technical activities across DBAs, platform administrators, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Ability to investigate, triage and resolve issues affecting data platform availability, performance and data ingestion.
• Strong understanding of data platform security, governance, operational controls and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving platform issues.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or a related discipline are desirable.
• Experience working within large, complex or highly regulated enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
